Herbal remedies have been around for thousands of years. During this activity you will learn a brief history of herbalism, the potential health benefits of many herbal ingredients, and step-by-step instructions to make 100 of your own herbal remedy capsules. Each participant will be able to choose one of the several common herbal remedies including Aches & Pains, Anxiety, Blood Pressure, Circulation, Detox, Energy, Immunity, and Sleep.

or $25 for 2 remedies

As the Host, if you can get 9 people to participate, including yourself,
your cost is FREE!
